What Homeowners Share

• The type of ADU they are considering
• A rough timing window and budget range
• Contact details, with a phone number optional

Ground Rules

• Each homeowner goes to one builder only. We do not sell project details to a list of buyers or pass them to other builders.
• Builders must hold an active California contractor license in good standing, which anyone can check on the Contractors State License Board license lookup.
• We do not rank builders or call any builder the best. We do not accept claims we cannot check.
• No automated texts or autodialed calls to homeowners from this site.

This builder program is not open yet. Terms, if any, have not been set, and rules on paid referrals for contractors need legal review before anything is offered. Nothing on this page is an offer or a price.
